Bald Eagle Adventure

Bald Eagle Adventure Cruisese have been cancelled this year. We believe the pair has failed in their nesting attempt for 2015. Both adults remained in the area for the winter and rebuilt their nest on Long Island. Iain checked on them regularly but by early April he was concerned that they had failed or at least were very late in starting. He saw them perched together on their favorite perch tree on Long Island on April 9, which indicates that they were NOT sitting on eggs at that point. He had not seen them together since then, leaving a glimmer of a hope that they might be trying to re-nest somewhere, but on April 22 observed them sitting together on the perch tree, indicating that their nesting season is done for this year (too late to nest).
