We went on their pontoon boat Squam Lake tour. It is a 90 minute tour, and is quite enjoyable. This lake has lots of water fowl, including lions, cormorants and eagles. It was also used for the filming of "On Golden Pond". The guide was very knowledgeable. The only downside was that the nature center was hard for us to find. Their are signs, but they are small, hard to see from a moving car. Google maps took us to the wrong place using the street address. But, I would definitely go again.

Visited with my significant other on May 9th. Was not busy at all! Has so many interactive exhibits to learn from. Though we are both adults, we enjoyed playing and reading all the information along the trail. Love the hands on learning, it's the perfect place for children to learn new things about animals and nature while having tons of fun (and seeing animals!). The animals looked happy, and the enclosures were very natural and large for them to roam around. Will definitely return in the future!

Well maintained nature preserve. All animals looked well cared for, all exhibits worked with no missing pieces. Highly recommend.

I love this place! It's like a zoo. You see different creatures and read little cool facts about New Hampshire's wild life on the way of the paths you walk. But, it's not only just all walking. You could also visit the play ground they have so your kids could have fun and an educational time.

Another fun experience at Squam. It was clean and beautiful. Always great to see the animals. The kids always love it.
