The live animal exhibit trail is OPEN!
Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (last trail admission at 2:30 p.m.)
Parking gates close at 5:00 p.m.

2020 Trail Admission

All trail passes (including for members) must be pre-purchased online before arriving at the Science Center. Admission fees are reduced for the 2020 season and we will not be offering combination passes (trail and lake cruise). We are unable to accept any coupons or other promotions during this time.

Youth (ages 3-15): $10.00
Children 2 and Under: FREE
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Discounted Trail Admission

Squam Lakes Natural Science Center participates in a number of programs to help more people get Nearer to Nature. To minimize interactions between guests and staff, only the following special discounts will be honored. No other coupons or discounts will not be honored for the 2020 season. You must call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve and pay in advance for tickets for these discounts. Your barcoded tickets will be emailed to you.

  • Library Membership Pass - Borrow the pass from your library. Call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve and pay $10 each for up to four tickets for a specific date and time. Bring your library pass and tickets with you when you visit.
  • AZA Reciprocal Discount - Call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve and pay $7.50 each for up to four tickets for a specific date and time. Bring your AZA reciprocal membership card and tickets with you when you visit.
  • ANCA Reciprocal Discount - Call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve and pay $7.50 each for up to four tickets for a specific date and time. Bring your ANCA reciprocal membership card and tickets with you when you visit.
  • Museums for All Discount - Call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve and pay $3 each for up to four tickets for a specific date and time. Bring your SNAP/EBT benefit card and tickets with you when you visit.
  • New Hampshire Healthcare Workers and First Responders - Call 603-968-7194 x 7 to reserve one free ticket for a specific date and time. Bring your employee ID card and ticket with you when you visit. Others in your group must also reserve and pay for tickets in advance at the discounted fee of $15 for adults and seniors, $10 for youth, and free for 2 and under.
